I’ve spent over 20 years in talent and workforce management, working across solutions, operations, sales, recruitment, and client engagement across IT, Engineering, the Built Environment, and Life Science sectors in EMEA, the GCC, and the US.

As CSO, I lead our sales and solutions strategy across the company, working closely with the team and clients, joining customer meetings where possible, and operationalising sales activities as our footprint expands.

I also maintain a strong focus on EDIB, operational excellence, and ensuring best practices are embedded across our workforce solutions.
