What You'll Do

As Brand Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the company's rebrand - from visual identity and tone of voice to digital content and stakeholder communications. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll own the brand across all touchpoints and:

  • Develop and evolve the company's brand identity and guidelines
  • Craft a brand strategy that positions the business as a go-to distribution partner for beauty brands
  • Lead content creation across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok Shop, Facebook and the company website (WordPress)
  • Create blogs, case studies, decks, and other on-brand collateral
  • Collaborate across teams to spotlight success stories and company excellence
  • Provide brand support to beauty brands managed in-house, helping them thrive in the UK market
  • Manage a small team of 3 - An Assistance Marketing Manager and 2 Marketing Designers - you'll assist with day-to-day management, support, and guiding them to be their best

About You

You are a natural storyteller, strategic thinker, and brand guardian who knows how to bring B2B stories to life - especially in a fast-paced, creative industry. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Experience in brand management or digital marketing (B2B or beauty/consumer goods a bonus!)
  • Experience of building brands or helping with rebrands
  • Strong writing and content creation skills with SEO knowledge
  • Familiarity with WordPress, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok Shop and SEO tools
  • The ability to create consistent, credible, and engaging brand communications
  • Project management skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Experience managing a small team would be ideal
  • You will be enthusiastic and passionate about the beauty industry
  • You will the type of person who seeks out opportunities and brings ideas to the table, be pro-active, have excellent attention to detail and work with pride
